Sent Clients
You only offer property in England, but you have foreign customers interested in buying your property? You offer property in another country where you do not have an office and you are not able to fully service your customers?
Domaza allows you to easily find solution to these problems. You enter into partnerships and send your customers a partner, who will provide their best services. When this customer, that you have sent, buys a property, you receive a commission from the sale.
In the submenu ‘Sent clients’, you can view the list of customers that you have sent to your partners.
You can send clients in 3 ways:
- via a banner - if you have a banner and a user who viewed your site makes a request by clicking on it, this customers is automatically sent;
- via a request - if a client, registered on your site and already present in your client list and makes a claim for a property, you can transfer it to your partner. In this case, enter the submenu My clients → List and then click ‘Send client’. For more information, see here.
- manually - if a customer comes into your office and wants to buy property abroad, you can forward his or her to your partner manually entering the customer data.
# - number of the client. Click on it to edit the information. By clicking on the table heading, you will sort the customers by ID. Enter a number and click Search to look for a specific client containing an this number in their ID.
Customer Name - The name of the client you sent. By clicking on the table heading, you will sort all customers by name. Enter a name and click Search to look for a specific client containing.
Family Name – The family name of the client you sent. By clicking on the table heading, you will sort all customers by family name. Enter a family name and click Search to look for a specific client containing.
E-mail – Email of the added client. Click in the table heading to sort the customers by e-mail.
Country – Country of origin of the added client. By clicking on the table heading, you will sort all customers by country. Select a state from the dropdown menu above the column to filter clients by Country.
Region – the region of origin of the added client. Click in the table heading to sort customers by region.
City – the city of origin of the added customer. Click in the table heading to sort customers by city
Partner’s ID- ID number you added as a partner company. Click in the table heading to sort the companies by ID. Enter a number and click Search to look for a partner that contains an ID-number to it.
Name of partner – the name of the partner company you added. Click in the table heading to sort partners by name. If you are looking for a specific partner, type the company’s name in the box above the title and press the Search button.
Registered - Here you can check how did you register or send a customer to one or more of your partners: via a banner, request or manually.
Status - the status of a client - new, current or archived. Click on the drop-down menu above the column to filter customers by status.
Progress - In this column you can track the condition of an on-going deal. According to the contract partners are obliged to describe how far a transaction has reached: client sent for approval, communication, travel, visit, deposit, pre-contract, first installment transaction or rejected.
If the client you sent, is approved by your partner, the next stage automatically changes to communication.
If the client you provided is already present in your partner’s database, he/she may reject it.
History – By clicking on the icon you can follow the course of transaction at any time.
Profile - Click on the icon to see the profile of the customer.
To manually add a new client who is not registered on your site, click ‘Add Client’. A new page opens where you enter customer data, property, and partners. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Fill-in the customer data at the very top: name, surname, e-mail, country, region and city. The data for the offered property include price, description and type of the property. At the bottom select the partner, you wish to send this client information to.
Once you have entered all data click on the Save button.
